You have a 10 min grace period to arrive to your appointment. This ensures we are getting the most out of your allotted time! Thank you for your patience if I am running late, it is greatly appreciated!💞 If over 10 mins late your appointment will be canceled & the card on file will be charged 50%
You have 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to cancel your appointment. If you do not cancel within that timeframe, you will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file. The fee is 50% of the total service cost.
You may still receive your Brazilian/Bikini Wax service if you are on your period as long as you are wearing a clean tampon or diva cup. If you are not comfortable receiving your service, we completely understand, but the cancellation policy still applies.
