You have a 10 min grace period to arrive to your appointment. This ensures we are getting the most out of your allotted time! Thank you for your patience if we are running late, it is greatly appreciated!💞 If over 10 mins late your appointment will be canceled & the card on file will be charged 50%

You have 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time to cancel your appointment. If you do not cancel within that timeframe, you will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file. The fee is 50% of the total service cost.

You may still receive your Brazilian/Bikini Wax service if you are on your period as long as you are wearing a clean tampon, disc or diva cup. If you are not comfortable receiving your service, we completely understand, but our cancellation policy still applies.
